Directions for use: 

Warm oil in between the palms and gently massage into the chest, neck and shoulders before getting into bed. Deep breathing will allow the natural Oils to embrace your senses, calming your mind and body for a deep and restful sleep. 

This Oil is most beneficial for encouraging deep relaxation in those suffering from interrupted sleep patterns and/or insomnia.

Carrier Oils: Grapeseed, Sweet Almond. Essential Oils: Sandalwood, Lavender, Bergamot, Clary Sage.
