Directions for use: 


Warm a blueberry sized amount of Oil between your palms and massage into the skin using circular, and long sweeping motions. Start at the neck and shoulders and work your way down the body, paying close attention to any areas of tension and apply more/less pressure as needed. Deep breathing will encourage the Natural Oils to embrace your senses, promoting therapeutic responses deep within the body and mind...
