Directions for use: 

Warm a grape sized amount of oil in between your palms and gently massage into the forehead, temples, scalp, neck and shoulders using light pressure applied by the fingertips. Deep breathing will allow the natural oils to embrace your senses, lowering stress levels and encouraging relaxation. 

This Oil is most useful for those suffering with headaches, migraines and/or tension in the neck area, though please remember our oils should not replace medical attention if you feel it is needed.

Carrier Oils: Grapeseed, Sweet Almond. Essential Oils: Rosemary, Peppermint, Lavender, Lemongrass.
