Directions for Use

Warm a small amount of oil in the hands and massage into the skin using circular, and long, sweeping motions. Pay extra attention to area's of tension, adjusting pressure accordingly. Deep breathing will  help the natural oils embrace your senses, transporting your mind and spirit to a place of serenity and connectedness.
